activesync 4.5 continuously re-syncing
 

I just completed the installation and wondered why it does not stop syncing. is this normal? it makes it hard for me to remove my 6700 from its cradle because i have to pull it out in the very small gap between syncs. I'm running windows xp media with outlook 2002. any thoughts?
