Start Bar Transparency?
 

Its a two part question..

Can you adjust the transparency of the start bar itself like you do with photos when you set them to the backround?

If adjusting transparency is possible can you then make the backround image stretch all the way to the top of the screen so you can see it underneath the start bar?

Any help would be great thanks in advance.
