Retrieving files fromPC???!!!

My active sync(Device center/vista) is established but the only options for files is what is on my device. How should I save items to my pc to make them available to share once connection is established. I'm just getting in to the whole ppc thing, so be gentle... Thanx

Just create a folder on you pc for the files you
want to save. Open my computer then mobile device
look for the files you want and drag and paste them
to the folder you created or vice versa. Activesync will convert
them if necessary.
