windows live email

whats going on ppl. i'm having a problem with my windows live email. my emails stopped coming to my phone, i now have to send/receive for my emails instead of getting them as soon as they come. i've even tried to see if i can forward my email to another email provider. but hotmail states that you can only forward to another homail account. example msn, hotmail, windows live & live search. i dont wabt to change my email. i've been using the sameone for 9 yrs now. can anyone help. msg me. thanks in advance.
