Vista Sync help please!!!

I just got my new Mogul today and I can't get it to synch with my computer. I am running Vista. According to the manual, when I plug in my Mogul via USB, Windows Mobile Device Device Center is supposed to launch. It doesn't launch. When I double click on the program to open it manually, it just give me a menu of the type of connections it will allow and then I can click OK or cancel. When I click OK, the window closes but nothing happens. When I browse "My Computer" I can see the Pocket PC so I know the connection is there. Has anyone had this happen? HELP!

I have noticed that when i plug my phone in to sync with my computer (I am running Vista premium, was running Basic) it takes a while sometimes for the mobile device center to open up. Like you , I can go into my computer and see the Mogul is synched, but device center doesn't open up. I have had to reboot my computer and the mogul sometimes to get it to open.

turn off you advanced network setting in usb to pc connections.
