help please

Ok so i know this part of the forum is only for pocket pcs but I think its ok to post this here. So whenever I try installing a freeware program on the Samsung Ace i get the message, "installation was unsuccessful. the program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions."

Is there some setting I need to change or what? Thanks for your help. And now my brother knows why I told him to get a touch or mogul over the Ace haha :)

Re: help please

yeah. I mean the phone is pretty much new and theres only a handful of contacts on it right now. And not much else except what came pre-installed. It has to have more memory than that right? or are these phones short on memory?

Re: help please

i'm not really sure on that.. but here is some info i found on google..

This error is due to insufficient memory available on the device's main memory to expand the cab files. On a device running the Windows Mobile 5.0 and above operating system, in order to expand the cab files for the product you need 2 times the memory required for the program even if you are installing it to a memory card that has sufficient memory available.
