Help with iPhone theme and cLaunch

I'm having a little bit a trouble trying to get this to work (I'm seriosuly new to the Pocket PC OS). I've installed cLaunch but I don't see it anywhere in the Programs list or on the "today" screen as specified in the instructions. I don't know if I'm missing something or what. If anyone has been successful at installing the iPhone scheme, PLEASE help. Also, where do you put all of the files that come with it (i.e. , the cLaunch.dll for 240 x 240 screen, the icon pics) Very specfic Step by step instructions (especially how to configure everything in cLaunch) is very much appreciated. I DID search, google and everywhere and many of the instructions are pretty vague. Also, how do you create and load themes like some of the ones that Pitt is using on his PPC? Thanks you guys for barring with a PPC newbie! (Sony Ericsson phones were SOOOO much easier than this. )

Personally I think you're better off using WAD and WA2 instead of claunch. It's a bit more flexable and looks nicer... Here's my main page

My caller ID screen

my text messenging screen

My dialer

Incall dialer

There are more but you get the idea[/img]
