How To Upload To FTP

I'm trying to upload some files to share with other users in the Vogue forum, but do not know how to do it. I've tried searching but haven't really found any info on how to do this. Can someone please give me a few brief instructions?

Wouldnt you just be able to take the file from the "desktop",open the FTP page,open the FTP Page in Windows Explorer and copy and paste. I think thats right. Someone who has actually uploaded would probably be a better help but i think that should work

the thing is, something is wrong with the ftp server because i noticed i cant access it either

Thanks for the help! What I did was:

Goto ftp://up.ppcgeeks.com/
Goto View > Open FTP in Windows Explorer
then copied and pasted my files following the format that was there.

no problem!!! i figured it was just a copy and paste.

Blue- i havent had any problems accessing the FTP server, maybe somebody was modifying it or something.

If any of you tried to "copy" the files to your PC with this windows explorer and you have stuff from directories that are missing please put them back. I'm not trying to point any fingers, but directories were deleted and if it was done with explorer that is VERY easy to do.
