synching contacts?

whats goin on guys, just lookin for a little help. I cant seem to sync my contacts with outlook. I keep getting an error message and it may be because I never initially set up my outlook correctly in the begining so I went to mail2web or whatever because I was under the impression I could back my contacts up on that site but I am having a hell of a time. Im sure its somthin simple that im overlooking so any help would be appreciated.

I'm using mail2web and it works great. Here's a tutorial on it, found it by searching.

sure thing. keep in mind more than outlook might help give you peace of mind when it comes to contacts... I for one would be incredibly pissed if i lost my numbers...
