Mogul not Syncing correctly with Outlook on Laptop
 

As if I don't have enough sync issues with my WP7 phone, am trying to fix on my wife's PPC-6800 (Mogul) running Windows Mobile 6.1.

I have tried every single method in this forum but I still cannot transfer contacts or calendar items from Outlook on my laptop to my phone. The contacts and calendar items on my phone transfer to my outlook but when I enter a new contact on my laptop outlook contact list or a new appointment in outlook calendar, it will not transfer to the phone.

One thing I noticed is that when I try to check the settings on "contacts" in ActiveSync, the word "Settings" is grayed out and not an option where it is an option in Calendar and e-mail.

Any other options I need to try?

The phone used to connect flawlessly on my work computer when I used to have it.
