Yeah, sero is individual plan only. Now sero comes with 7pm so you don't have to beg for it.

One of my friends is trying to swap to a sero plan as well. I just keep tellign him to kep calign back until you get a rep that will do it....gets hard though and frustrating

So why can't you call and get it switched? Is this only for new contracts? was gonna try and call tgo get mine switched...

You can call and get switched if you have the time to call, call, call, and call some more until you get the right Rep. My bro called twice in 2 hours and got it done. Whereas me I called 100s of times in 48hrs to get it done.

Sprint is like that with any request/change/addition/subtraction to your account. If you're not getting what you want tell the CS rep that you'll think about. Then call back in a bit and try another rep. Sprint FUBARed our text plan and it's taken me 2 months to get it straightened out...it was just a matter of calling and calling until you found the right rep. Keep hittin' hit.

i've talked to a couple reps and they've told me that it was for new customers or people that have no more than 3 months left on their contract. i'm going to keep trying though...

sero was originally set up for friends and family members of sprint employees to sign up with as a new customer. so it may be a luittle hard to get it. but if anyone knows of someone that wants to sign up a new plan and need a employee email pm me you can use mine.
