PPC sound problem no sound coming out of ppc 6700 PLZ help!!

i made sure that the clicker on the left side was clicked all the way up and i checked my settings i need some help willing to try anything i cant even make calls with out my headset

the problem is your actual headset port. (plugin) If you look around the forums, that topic has been adressed at least twice on here. It happpens that for some reason when you unplug the headset, the phone still keeps making contact.

Try plugin/ plug-out several times
