Custom Wood Stylus ***Pictures Up***
 

Steveo70 and I have created some hand carved custom stuluses made from Oak and Pine. We were thinking about making them available to the folks here at ppcgeeks.

All these are hand carved from solid wood, either Oak or Pine. We have been custom molding to the hand for a comfort fit. After sanding them smooth we apply about eight coats of high gloss lacquer.

These are much more comfortable to use than the stylus that comes with the TP2. Well at least we like them.

Thanks...I appreciate that, they really are great. Once you have used one its pretty hard to go back to the oem stylus.

Wow... I assumed one that woudl fit IN the phone.
They are pretty cool looking though.

The one with the phone is so small...These are really comfortable to use.

Wouldn't wood tend to scratch the screen more than the plastic tip on the stylus that comes with the phone?

Good question, but no it does not scratch the screen. The wood is actually softer than the plastic tip on the oem stylus.

Hope you guys like them. Hopefully we will cross paths too. I started making them because I cant leave good enough alone (I'm here! lol). I like mine simple and smooth and hated hand cramps using my old touch pro but my buddy Chopperguy took it to a new level and custom comfort. BTW, welcome to to Lou.
