Help Needed: Getting "Path Too Deep" error

I am trying to copy a .dat file directly from my computer to my micro SD card. the file is 400,000kb and every time i try to copy it i get these two errors: Path is too deep, or windows delayed write failure(not exact words but something along those lines). I absolutely NEED this file. I have tried copying the file to C:\ and then copying it to the SD card(E:\) to make the path less but it still doesnt work. Any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
-S

try using card export II- it has a 21 day trial and you can transfer from computer to sd like and vice versa without using activesync. Much faster. http://www.softick.com/pocket-pc/cardexport2/

Hi. I runned into that problem too. And after days of searching I finally found
this software: Delete Long Path File Tool.
It's GREAT. You can find it here:pathtoodeep.com
