active sync

cant connect with active sync... anybody had this problem and have any suggestions to what might be the problem. the screen just says cannot connect to the device

did you follow the directions to install activesync? did activesync work correctly before. details details, we need more to help you out!

yes it did work before..dont know of any change except my wife lost power on the laptop. but neither the laptop nor the decktop works now. i have reinstalled active sync. begining to think it is my device

if you have tried all troubleshooting, try this :

Remove the device profile from activesync and craddle it again. Follow steps to set it up again

no luck cradle my device.. the only way i can active sync is thru bluetooth... guess it will have to do for now.

any luck on the issue im having the same problem accept all i did was shut down my pc and leave it unplugged for a few hours as i moved it
