My Apology
I was posting some stuff today that was much harsher than I intended it to be, and I want to make sure everyone knows that I didn't mean to belittle anyone, or down play anyones real concerns.
I'm a Tech at a corporate Sprint store and I don't want anyone to beleive that I represent Sprints views or policy when I make private statments on these boards. Thanks, and again, I'm sorry if anyone felt I didn't care or really want to help them. I just go overboard from time to time.

No, I'm sure it does that all the time... Can you duplicate it for me? No? Its intermittent? Oh, so it doesn't do that all the time. Oh, just most of the time?
