I have a question about...
 

Ok so I got a new Treo 700wx from verizon about 4 months ago (replacement).
They also wanted me to send back my treo 700w. They sent it with a box and blah blah everybody knows.
my questions is, I haven't had alot of time and I haven't sent it back yet.
Do they ever really want it back? or is it just on an honesty system?
Like, I've been in contact with them atleast 15 times since, even planning on cancelling my service.
I've asked them what I need to pay to get out of my service, they said just $175 nothing else.
So I'm assuming they don't have that treo they want back on file?!

I'm so confused!

Also, they sent me the Treo 700wx New in Box for free, a "Gift" as you might call it because I caught the store manager in a lie WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THE SUPERVISOR OR CUSTOM SERVICE!
Talk about lucky!!!

it was a 699.00 bill with a 699.00 discount on it!

im pretty sure they really want it back
if not they wouldnt have sent you the box

if you dont send it back i think they would blacklist the esn or something to make sure you cant ever activate that phone again, and they might also come back and bill you for it some other time when you've completely forgotten about it
