Samsung OmniaII 16G onboard ram

The specs for the OmniaII seem great:

• 400x800 AMOLED screen (looks great even in bright daylight)
• 5MP camera (takes much better pics and video than the TP2)
• 3.5mm headphone jack
• Supports DivX, Xvid, h.263, h.264, wmv9, and MPG4 right out of the box
• Great software (like video editing)
• Up to 16G onboard (and still has a microSDHC slot for external memory)

Are there any other WinMo phones that have 16G onboard Ram? It seems like they are all stuck at the 512M area.. I think I saw one that had 1G..

Maybe with the next slew phones coming out for WinMo7, they'll up the ante..
