HELP WITH IPHONE

my iphone got dropped in some sauce and now it doesn't turn on what can i do,

Not sure about sauce... But I have been involved in 3 different water damaged scenarios with different phones. None were iPhones but I can't see why it wouldn't work.
The main problem with the iPhone is that you cannon open it up to get it aired out.

However.
If you put your phone in a bowl of DRY rice and place it somewhere warm (like the top of the fridge) The rice absorbs the moisture in the phone... My wife's phone needed several overnight attempts before it worked. But it did.
