Iphone on simple mobile mms fix?

I connected and iphone for my cousin on simple mobile everything works except for mms. I know that to be able to receive mms you need to have data working and data does work i know because he wont get off of youtube. So whats up with the mms. I entered the following settings to make it work but for some reason its not working can anyone tell what im missing or what im wrong in?

Cellular Data
Select Settings.
General Settings.
Select Network.
Select Cellular Data Network.
Select APN.
APN: simple
Username: Blank ----(This does mean to leave it blank right?)
Password: Blank

MMS
SAPN: simple
Username: blank
Password: blank
MMSC: http://smpl.mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc
MMS Proxy: 216.155.165.50:8080
MMS Message Size: 1048576
MMS UA Prof URL:http://www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf

try to replace your last two items with this:


mms message size : 614400
mms ua prof url: wap.sonyericsson.com/UAprof/W800iR101.xml


if that doesn't work then leave the last 2 fields blank and restart the phone.



there is always the chance they have to do something on their end (some provisioning or whatever, I know tmobile does sometimes), so you can call simple mobile and tell them that you can't get MMS to work on your iPhone, they will get you sorted out. They have iPhone support on their website so I'm guessing they're good on the phone too.

called them already and they do support it but they said they are currently having problems being able to set up the phone to accept mms through their network or something like that

hmm,

I'll see what else I can find on that, I know with tmobile if you have the phone "provisioned" for Android the iPhone won't work, and if it's "provisioned" for "iPhone" then Android data doesn't work, maybe ask them to see if they need to make any changes on their end for a WinMo phone instead of Android, then try the iPhone.

otherwise I'll check out some more APN combinations.
