Download apps via computer and syncing via itunes ?
 

hi,

I've heard of people download apps or sometimes rather large apps via computer and then syncing them with itunes to get it onto their iphone.

Could someone be nice enough to explain how this is down.

I could play around with it if I new where to begin but I don't want to screw up something that I won't be able to fix....

just open iTunes up, then go to the store tab, find an app you want (while your iPhone is connected and synced) and download the app, it will show up on your phone.
