get contacts from winmo to iphone

I searched but could not find this. Is there any way to port all my contacts from a cdma diamond to an iphone? I moved to GSM because I can get an iphone, a winmo, and android and play with all 3, but I don't want to manually put in all my contacts, I back them up with PIM backup (since I flash so damn much), how can I port them over?

(iphone 3G jailbroken)

Bluetooth? Or you could go to an apple store with both phones and they have a machine to switch em over

You can sync them to your computer. right into outlook or a similar program. Then you can use itunes to sync them to your iphone.

I had the same problem and that's exactly how I solved it.....
