how do you get internet working?

I have a data plan with tmobile and I can't get any internet on Edge. I've tried searching some iphone forums but it's giving me a headache, does someone know the right settings for to get this to work?

I finally asked a tmobile rep in a chat session and she said she had to add a feature on their end and it should work fine. Man tmo is awesome that they give really good customer support for competitor's phones, I just can't see ATT running you thru tech support on a nexus one
