Jailbreaking 3GS with Blackra1n

Ran into the "feature" last night. After jailbreaking a 3GS with blackra1n, everytime you boot up the phone ie. power it off and power it back on, the phone will go into recovery mode. You need to connect the phone to the computer (DON'T perform restore in iTunes), you need to run blackra1n to fully boot up the phone.....
Trying to find a way around that besides jailbreaking with pwnagetools or something.
If any of you know a way around this "feature" post it here.

I do not have this issue and I use blackra1n. 3GS 16G

Ah but how new is your 3GS? It's not all 3GS's just the newer ones that have the newer iboot loader thingy....
