Yahoo! App Search is an easy way to help you find and browse apps across the web and popular app marketplaces. You can search for iPhone and Android apps.

Great analysis. Thanks for providing the best information. Out of the mentioned tools Google play and App Brain would be best option for my use

To be very true only Play Store and Amazon App store are the two most trusted resources, as third party resources may have malware that can cause serious damage to your device.
