How does Sprint TEP work on android phones?

I have had a winMo phone for some time now and have been upgraded as they break which they have done very often. I am thinking of going to an android phone, most likely the EVO. But I wanted to ask how sprint handled TEP non insurance replacements on android devices.

Well in the past I have purchased phones not from sprint and they have replaced it fully. Dropped it and broke it all up and then made a claim, paid the $100 and bam had a new one!

THANKS!

TEP is $8.00 a month per line now....Thank you very much! For all you math wiz's out there that is 45.00 a month for me. (one line has stayed at $5.00 and has not raised for the past many years, for an unknown reason?!)

Yeah the 100 deductible hurts the pocket when you have to pay.

Depends. I have had multiple replacements and never paid a deductible. I think it just depends on what u are having problems with. Water damage is automatic deductible. I've replaced for vibration going out, overheating, hardware problems and never had to pay. The store u go into matters as well. I had a Samsung moment(Android) and it was replaced for free. I forget what I brought it in for.

Re: How does Sprint TEP work on android phones?

if you dropped and broke the phone, deductable. If the os starts to fail, they replace it free. If you have a cracked screen (limitations apply) they fix it free.
