New to my Phone
Trying to figure out how to use my PC through my phone service. I heard I could with out having to pay for internet Service.

Either Root your phone - (See stickies on rooting) and then use Wireless Tether found in the market place.
Or free apps in market place that don't require phone to be rooted are EasyTether and Pda.net
