Sound Profile Apps

I recently switched from WinMo to android (thunderbolt) overall I am pretty happy with the OS however, what is up with not having any sound profile. I have done a little research and found that you can change notifications and sound individually in each app but that is a headache. I also found several app out there but I would like to know what everyone is using. Primarily I would like to switch between normal sound and vibrate all, In other words if it would make a noise when the volume is on then now it vibrates.

An even better option would be a program where I can save sound profiles for different situations.I had this program on wimmo called g profiles (I think) where I could set sound and other setting preferences and it would change between them based on time or location. This would be ideal

Finally, is there a setting for vibrate and ring at the same time. Seems like there should be but I cant seem to find one.

I had the same issue, used to use Phonealarm on my WinMo phone and it was perfect for controlling all kinds of aspects of your phone with one profile switch. The best I've seen so far is PhoneWeaver from SBSH. Not as robust as Phonealarm, but better than nothing.

Yes, we can see it and yes you are alive. Just try pinching yourself, that's a good way to confirm too

I gave Ringo a try. Other than having a ring$ vibrate feature i don't think it is the right one for me. It did have some cool features but not one I relay need. On to the next one.
