Transfer contacts from Blackberry to Android

My gf went from a blackberry to the Incredible. however she already activated the Incredible. All the posts on this site and other sites say to use google sync but that doesnt seem possible since the blackberry is no longer activated. Any ideas on how to do this?

I haven't used it but Sprite has a beta Migrate program that you can DL to PC and transfer to the Blackberry.

It doesn't have wifi. I tried Sprint Migrate which looked perfect at first and downloaded a .cod file but I can't figure out how to install it, even with bb's desktop manager as it wants a .alx file. not a .cod. file.

Any other idea's?

Re: Transfer contacts from Blackberry to Android

You can try putting them into Outlook, and then exporting the Outlook file you create into Google.

Open BB Desktop Manager and select synchronize.

Choose Synchronization to access the Synchronization Configuration Screen.

When asked what to sync select "Address Book" and then choose Outlook.

Obviously choose "Device to Outlook" sync when it comes up.

Next and then finish to complete. Make sure to select "Synchronize organizer data".

Select Synchronize to get the contacts from your BB to Outlook.

Then sync your Outlook contacts with Google. Just export the Outlook contacts into Google.

Easy guide here.

If that doesn't work go to Vzw and have them do the transfer, I think they can do that stuff in the store.
