Manila 2.5 Background 4 All
This is just a cab I made for the newest version of the 2.5.1920 port as of 11-14-09. The manila files were edited by kisja, so all credit to him .

heh, yeah the files looked pretty identical. I notice a block in the upper left at times too, but it goes away once the animation is over and the background shows up.
