I and many users of HSPL Unlocker have replacement devices, and will continue to have replacements into the future. This is no surprise as many of us tend to have a phone replaced at least once a year. So why is getting permission to unlock replacements such a hassle? If it were commercial you would know, with the tracking worm in the program.
If it's true that this unlocker is free for private use, why the run-a-round. There's this a disconnect between your claim of "free for private use" yet in reality the program incessantly wants to charge $$. It is deceiving to claim it is free when in fact the program is geared for charging.
You also claim transparency. If so, let us know exactly what people in my situation should do. Be clear if we must pay, that would save us all time and grief.
