yea just go to the TP2 CDMA upgrade page and download and stock rom for whatever carrier you have. Then when you turn on the phone it should still be in the multicolor page. Simply connect USB the comp should recognize it even if the tp2 icon doesnt come up in my computer...start the flash for stock and this should resolve

bro, i have the same problem. i had no problem wit flashing cooked roms on my sprint cdma touch pro 2 but i tried installing a Radio update but later when it didnt start found out its a GSM radio whereas mine is CDMA. I cant seem to understand the solution u mentioned.
