Ok guys i finally got this thing put together. It is based off Airxtreme's Kitchen (info can be found here, if you guys use the kitchen donate if you can!)

Short Tutorial:

System requirements

* Microsoft .NET 2.0 (.NET 3.0 and 3.5 are 2.0 based so those work as well), already preinstalled on most computers, the kitchen won't start without it so it's easy to find out if it's missing
* The following two system requirements also are preinstalled on most computers; the kitchen will warn you if they are needed so don't worry installing them unless required:
o Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 runtime, required by xidump during the importing process
o Visual Studio 2003 (7.1) Runtime Libraries, required by platformrebuilder to solve the "cereg400.dll cannot be loaded" error message



1. Extract then Open Kitchen (Run As Administrator for 7/Vista)

2. Under Devices select "Palm Treo Pro"

3. For Device Profile select "default"

4. Select SYS Build

21057 = WM 6.1
23139= WM 6.5.X
21916 = WM 6.5
25028 = WM 6.5.X
21680= WM 6.5.X
28240= WM 6.5.X
***You will be asked if you want to enable Module to File conversion, select YES!

5. Select Locale (0409)

6. Select Compression (I use XPR, i would recommend XPR but try LZX if ya want)

7. Move To SYS Packages Tab - Disable Anything You Do Not Want (Do Not Disable Essential Files!!)

8. Move To OEM Packages Tab - Disable What You Do Not Want (Only Disable Packages Starting With "Package" or "Z", Everything else is essential)

9. Move To EXT Packages Tab - Disbale Any Unwanted Packages

10. Move To Advanced Tweaks Tab - IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IT DOES DO NOT TOUCH IT!! Setting the Pagepool to 0 or 12 is recommended.

To Flash:

Once ROM cooking is completed the kitchen will ask if you would like open the folder where the .nbh file was output, select yes to open the folder. Rename ruu_signed_0409.nbh to "ruu_signed.nbh" and RUN the update utility as usual.

OR

You can just rename ruu_signed_0409 to "PANTIMG.nbh" and place it on your FAT32 Formatted storage card then restart phone while holding the camera and top-power button simultaneously then follow on screen instructions

REALVGA PACKAGE IS FOR WM 6.5.X ONLY
BUILDING MANILA: ALL MANILA PACKAGES MUST BE SELETED

BUILDING TITANIUM PLUGINS: Must Include MORTSCRIPT EXT


-Learn how UC_Autorun works here AutoRun - XDA-Developers
-Start Slow, build a ROM with not much extra then work from there
-I would generally keep Phone Canvas Enabled
-If a package has (6.5.X) at the end, this package is only for 6.5.X SYS builds
-Only choose one Animation
-Included Office 2010 EXT. I removed all SYS files
-Calibration Data can be read using PHM Reg Editor looking at
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\TOUCH"

thanks for the new kitchen looks like it will also work with GSM but i will test i tomorrow and confirm it also i think you should add this to useful tips

wow soo many EXT packages i am cooking a GSM ROM and will tell you the result after it is done and i have some question about EXT

1. is the the adobe PDF reader a new version of Adobe Reader LE
2. why is Marketplace and My phone in EXT if it is in SYS?
3. what is HTC Bios Emulator?
4. does HTCTransparent Taskbar (6.5.X) get rid of the big bar at bottom?

1. no its not newer
2. marketplace and myphone are newer
3. its a startup animation simulating a cpu BIOS startup
4. no it only makes the taskbar in the top right corner transparent (by big bar at the bottom do you mean 6.5.X builds? because that cant be changed on those builds)

thanks and i did mean the big bar at the bottom i didnt know there was a EXT package that got rid of it i had to do a reg edit in the OEM folder to get rid of the quick taskbar is Adobe PDF different then Adobe reader LE?

UPDATE: i just ran build 23547 with your kitchen and it looks amazing especially with system animation thanks with a few editing in profiles and OEM folder i got it to successfully build a ROM thanks again for great work
