Just tricolour screen before unlocking

Hi guys, i have seen a lot of post, but no answer to my problem. I was trying to upgrade to WM 6.5 my Treo Pro Phone, but when trying to flash my phone restarts and just shows the tri colour screen and when trying to flash with SD just says loading... and nothing happens. And now my phone doesn't turn on with power button, and no reset too, when trying a hard reset just works when phone is plugged to usb pc or charger.
Is there a solution to restore the windows? And keep using it, my phone is CDMA
