Follow these steps.

1) Hard reset your phone using button pattern method (Hold Volume Down + Reset + Power + Send Button)

2) Do it one more time for good measure

3) After your done all that, goto start > settings > system > clear storage.

4) Your Done!

Sometimes the nand chip has troubles when flashing over to new / different roms and has corruption issues.

These steps will ensure a full flush, cleanout of your nand.

If you are still experiencing difficulty try this (or are seeing the image below);
1. Flash one of the shipped/stock ROMs -> http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=91940
2. Relock your phone -> http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=93252
3. Re-unlock with the HPSL (same link)
NOTE: DO NOT TRY TO UNLOCK WITH ANY OTHER HSPL OTHER THAN THE RELEASE VERSION.

I have seen it. I encountered it with Mighty's ROM after two clean flashes (both times followed by hard resets).

At that point, I decided I'd take a step back from the bleeding edge and reload 6.1 (which had/has been rock solid for me), as I need my phone to be completely reliable for work.

So, a number of people have been seeing this screen on their phones with custom ROMs flashed. This thread is attempting to determine if this is a ROM specific issue, or if it is a problem with the HSPL...

So, please post if you have seen this screen and what rom you were using when it reared it's ugly head.

I will go first; I saw this screen using MightyROM numerous times. I reflashed the HSPL and then the ROM, then hard reset with clear storage, and (so far) it hasn't come back.

Thanks all,

- B

P.S. Mods, please leave this in the upgrades forum as it applies across the board here.

i think its funny he tried to tell the mods where to leave a thread, especially when you're telling them to leave it in the incorrect forum, thats hilarious.
