Okay how can I tell if I got this rom I bought this phone used (HTC Touch Pro2 T7380 | $110.00 bucks) and it has the same code 21889 as listed here, so I was curious if I had this particular rom already installed...

Haven't ran 6.5 in eons but should be Settings/System?About. Second line should have your build.

Sorry, reread the last post. If your asking if it is this particular chef's ROM, you can try Settings/System/Device Information/Software Information. Most chefs will have their ROM version custom labeled. I'm sure someone running this particular one will chime in what it will be labled.

Okay yea I realized this one was flashed by the OTA Update on March 6th 2010, so I doubt it's this particular release...

Opinions from anyone using this... Is this a lot faster than the official OTA Update and more lightweight or about the same?

I'm trying to get the eyecandy of sense with speed and space, plus the sprint app's since I believe I'd still be able to use the sprint app's through boost mobile since boost is nextel and nextel is sprint...

Not sure if I want Version 21889 or Version 28232, I don't really care for the newer Start menu, but if it's less buggier than the other version and faster plus more up to date then why not? LoL! Thanks

21xxx was always a solid ROM. The newer 6.5.x builds (28xxx and others)w/the newer start menu is the newest and latest so they do have bugs, but it is much more finger friendly and most chef's here have worked most of the problems out and run rock solid. As far as faster many other contributing factors like co0kie Home Tab/Animated weather ect. will reduce speed. Both 6.5 and 6.5.x can be fast and stable if you don't push the phone past what it was designed for. A lot of the new stuff was designed for the HD2. Best advice try out a few if you have time and you will always go back to that "one" ROM/System build that feels and runs the best for what you want, not other peoples opinions.

i love this rom.i have tried the newer ones on here and each one has something about them that i love.but all the way around,this rom fits me perfect.

Chris did an excellent job on this rom. I am sad that the Rhodium has already been passed over by most of the devs in here. It is still a great phone (best keyboard out there...period).
I have this rom on a TP2 on Boost, and it kicks a** overclocked.
The fact you have it at 768Mhz is mostly phone-specific. I could never get mine past the 720 area.

i have managed to make my phone dialer to disappear at the worst times.research shows me that incompatibilites exist with certain dialers.now i wonder what made it happen after it worked for so long.
i request from anyone using this rom could you open your dialer in lanscape mode and then close keyboard and see if dialer disappears.
