Simple nbh compiler/decompiler

I figure this fits in best in this forum. Figured it might be useful for some folks, but then again I prefer the old methods of cooking. This is a mod'd version of Dutty's NBH tool that now supports RHOD40000 type. useful for ripping apart a nbh to remove radio, spl, and insert new splash's. Enjoy.
