Hello All:

Flashed the plutonium cookie rom on my sprint tp2 and is perfect for my use. I have a big problem now that I configured outlook to sync my work email. My company email requires password and I used simple lock (6 digit code). The only other install beside the rom is color calendar which prompted for a restart. Upon restart, I am being presented with numeric keypad (blue colored keys) requiring a numeric password to go to the home screen. Using my outlook pin is not helping me. Any one know what the password is? I cannot even reflash again. As soon as I connect USB cable, windows prompts the device to unlock but I cannot do anything since I am not past the lock screen on restart. Am I hosed? Appreciate any help.

do a manuel hard rest: hold the send and end buttons then hold the power button.. follow the prompts and you will see a tri color screen...

hope this somewhats help.. i dont know anything about lock codes etc...

remove the battery,hold volume key down and put the battery back (while holding the volume)
I will test win mo lock.So far no problems with the password.May be there is a conflict with cookie locker...

Lets try to break it.One more report and I will remove lockscreen options from Cookie

you should be able to a hard reset... pull the battery then perform the steps describe above... make sure the phone is powered down when you begin...
