If you find it, I would love to know also. When i was on 009, i did a couple things that people suggested a couple pages back but it seems it was running off of USC settings.
It was working before the provisioner then the same problems as you!

Im reuploading it right now.. I removed the guardian package to test and thus making it delete the settings.. Sorry should have it up in a min..!!

Thanks for the ROM silence-I didn't see an answer to people's posts re: MMS on sprint not working-no cab to fix mms yet? Thanks for including a fix for the 2016 bug! Appreciate all your hard work.
