Does the new 28002 ROM also have the 6.5.3 Windows and whatever the other new thing was?

I tried the ROM and I didn't see any difference at all w/28002. That's kind of disappointing. Is that ROM also running windows 6.5.3?

sms tab works in tonights kitchen, also tonight we have no more extra languages in manila (1,000 files less) except for spanish (if jdm uses it) and english. 28002 is in the kitchen also. so overall we have more performance from manila 2.5, working sms, and a 6.5.3 base. MMS still does not, but I will work on that tomorrow. I am confident I can get it based on what sdevol said..

28002 isnt much of a UI change build yet, you can notice most differences in pocket Internet Explorer. We will be seeing more changes as the build is being developed. This is one of the first builds from this WMD branch, and usually takes two or three builds for noticable changes. The base code has been updated though, should be faster than the previous builds. Also this is a windows mobile 6.5.3 release.
