Ervius Kitchen SYS and XIP Question

I have been using Ervius Kitchen for a little bit now and love it but I was wondering if anyone knew how to add new SYS and XIP's to it. I am running 21501 right now but would like to try some of the newer 6.5 builds

Ahhhh upgrading the ervius sys/xips...... I'm used to Calkulins kitchen myself which includes all the sys files under the SYS folder and each component within is just in 1 sub folder usually... ervius has a more complex folder hierarchy, the OEM and SYS folders are split up quite a bit. I'd recommend checking out SAC Warriors kitchens if you haven't already, he has the latest builds of 6.5 ATM as well. Good luck!
