I FLASHed it and SMS, MMS and INTERNET works out of the box. I was unable to FLASH using the steps Drunk states in the Thread. I used a BUILD OS RUU folder and replaced the .NBH file. Its not perfect but it is a GREAT step in the right direction.

For n00bs like me...

1. Download the .NBH file from http://www.megaupload.com/?d=5FHDJC00 ***UPDATED 6/4/2009 V. 4.50***

2. Rename to "RUU_signed.nbh".

3. Download attached RUU folder from this POST and unzip.

4. Place the .NBH file in the BUILDOS RUU folder.

5. Run "ROMUpdateUtility.exe".

6. Enjoy a Cricket ROM on the Touch Pro.

When accessing the internet for the first time. Open up Internet Explorer. Enter your 10 digit phone number where it states "User Name" before the @ sign. Then the password is "cricket". Hope this helps.

Don't forget the THANKS button... (THANKS ISRIAM/DRUNK)

Ok, one this to mention is that most people will have to unlock their phones prior to flashing this rom. Also, what and how does one get the MSL for your phone for programming?

Re: Touch Pro Cricket ROM

You must unlock your phone and change the EPST settings. Then flash the phone with this ROM. The ROM is more like step 3...LOL

new to my tp. had it 3 days now. like other so called cricket ready ppc, this one not working completely. been running titan for last year. vetveto black 3.35 rom with 3.42.02 radio. got it out of box with a dcd rom, recieved 2 pic and sent 3, and it was done. thats when i flashed myself. only thing i had to delete connection string in regedit about 3-5 times a day, and soft reset just as much. this tp has same issue, 2 recieved, 3 sent. has tf3d and other things not used to. my gps never worked on titan, and doesnt on this tp. also *228 didnt on the titan, and not on tp either. my pc crashed, hard drive gone. can this rom be done on mem card in bootloader? how do i do bootloader? will phone work after flash, or do i need pc? sorry for list of questions, this one dont opperate anything like the titan.
