Now Active Sync / Sync Center won't recognize the phone. I get the Active Sync dialog on the phone. Do I need to create a new partnership?

The phone shows up in Windows Explorer with 2 drives as usual, but Sync doesn't recognize it.
During the RUU process, windows installed new drivers for a Windows Mobile device. Are those interfering with Sync? I uninstalled that device from Hardware Manager but they automatically reinstall when I connect the phone to the USB cable.

I reinstalled the device driver and rebooted and it was able to Sync. It seems with Vista I often have to reboot after doing anything unusual with the phone, to get a connection to Sync.

if you use relocker.. can you still unlock it? because i cannot run hardspl, i get stuck at 0%

that wont work, you can't flash bootloader directly from bootloader mode
did u try hard reset and make sure advanced network functionality is disabled...
