Worked perfectly for me on first try Now I have to unlock my other Touch Pro. I'll let you know how that goes.

i have been trying for hours to flash back to sprint rom and relock my phone for repairs. this is what i did. 1..i downloaded stocksprintherman and dropped it into folder w/ruu.exe, ran exe but it keeps giving me error262 and i dont know what i am doing wrong or what else to try? any help please?

is the stock herman in *exe or *.nbh. for ruu to work, you need to get the *nbh file out and drop that into the ruu folder. and make sure the phone is synced with activesync

Just run the stock exe at the bottom in this link and you will be good to go....then re-lock....

Let me start by saying that I am a noob.

I am trying to do this in prep to load KK's ROM and I am getting nowhere fast.

I have:

1) download Hard-SPL package from attachment, extract to an empty folder.
2) Synced with PC using Microsoft Activesync
3) Then I ran Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037.exe
4) followed the steps in the RUU
5) it goes to tricolour screen and says 0.25.C-SSPL

Then I get an error. any after yanking the battery my phone goes back to normal (which I am eternally grateful for)

WTF am I doing wrong? Should I be holding down the volume button and hitting power at some point in this process?

i seem to have the same problem ..i read and read the instructiosn to make sure i was doing right but same

Solved the error 202 while trying to relock on a Sprint TP. Didn't want to spend time searching through this thread so I did this:

Put phone in bootloader - while holding down volume down and power, push reset button. Keep holding the volume down and power until you see the tri color screen. Then connect to PC and wait for your PC to recognize the phone as a device. Now run the relocker and it should work.
