first of all im very new to flashing...i just wanted to say i have tried about 20 roms and had issues with them all. mostly with mms. i tried this rom with alltel carrier cab and alltel mms cab and it works perfectly.thanks

i have found one issue.. i cant send, receive or play videos...any suggestions?

Are you using Arcsoft MMS? I'll have to look into this issue.

I updated the ROM today to build 23547. The video issues should be fixed and I went ahead and added UC support for the public builds. Enjoy!

I like to keep the data session open on my phone, as I have an imap push service running to pull gmail as it arrives. It seems there is a time out cooked into this rom that disconnects the data session after a certain time. Is there a registry setting I can change so it keeps the session active and does not close it?

Yeah it's set at 5 mins to save battery. The registry entry is at:
HKLM\Comm\ConnMgr\Planner\Settings\CacheTime

In order to say thanks for your support, I am now offering a 6.5 ROM in post #2. This ROM only comes in a "generic" version so a carrier CAB will be necessary. I have not tested this ROM since I do not have a spare phone but should operate fine. I hope you enjoy it!
