Touch pro - Sprint envergy rom #777

When the rom was installed and it tried to access the internet it dials out #777. That what is listed in the connections tab, is this normal. I have endo casual, I'm assuming unlimited data. Does it cost anything when it does that? Should I delete that connection? I have disabled the data connection from setting until I find out whats going on.
