if you flash this and then a custom rom do you keep the prl and radio update?

Yes, radio, PRI, and PRL will all stay even after a custom rom. so for updated Radio try this.

Wow, thanks! Been looking for a CS Shipped ROM for a while! I know there is a stock ROM out there and a TP Radio but havent been able to find the shipped stuff. The CS TP radio doesnt seem to work as well as the Sprint here in Memphis. But just so everyone knows, what is the radio version?

Here is a 1.12.34F Radio for Victor, its a Sprint Radio. and currently the latest one that is out there.

This WILL NOT hardreset device, so if you flash this you WILL keep all information on rom at this time.

WoW!! I can't thank you enough. With some help I was the one to originally upload the stock ROM.. I was really hoping the shipped would surface one day. Again, thanks so much Con this made my day!
