Preparing your device for first use screen
 

Hello to all in PPCGeek land!!

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew where the "Preparing your Device for first use", txt is located so I can edit the font and color. I have looked all over and cannot find this info. I would be more than willing to trade for the info. I can make some pretty awesome Boot, Sub, Animation, or Main Splash screens. Or if anyone wants custom splash screens let me know.

i think you are looking for a file called LogoMsg.bmp, located in the OEM_Lang_0409 folder. it is a picture of words, not a .txt file. and its probably a hidden file.

He is indeed correct. I have modified this on many occasions on myprevisou builds.

Just dont change the size of the file! When I tried to make the width o fthe screen it just didint show up.

Good point!

I just made a simple text logo and stuck it there on my 1.7 and 1.8 builds.
