HELP!!! New Diamond and can't unlock.
 

I just got my refurbished Diamond from Sprint today, tried to run the unlocker and it keeps failing. Any ideas?? Thanks.

The error code is 284 Update Error.

If you search 284 error you'll get some good answers. From what I have gathered you can uninstall active sync and reinstall, and re-download a fresh unlocker instead of the one you've been using, and try from boot loader if all else fails.

Got it!! Just had to reinstall ActiveSync and re-download the unlocker.:headbang:
