Rev-A non existent?

I am an alltel subscriber with a touch diamond, and yesterday the Rev-a icon on my phone stopped showing up. Does anyone know what this could mean? I am using mighty 4.8, and previously supported rev-a places just show up with Ev icon instead of rA. any help can be greatly appreciated.

well i have had the rA icon before, and its weird because i just read some news that Verizon is actually starting some migrations. Is it possible that this is what it is? just curious if anyone has heard news or anything from Alltel

dont know anything about that, but either way you are still getting a Rev A data connection. If you really want to change the icon back do a search for tsowen's taskbar icons.

Go and check your speed with a test and look at your upload speeds anything 150Kb and above is most likely RevA regardless of icons.

I have Alltel and got a Rev. A indicator. Are you for sure in an area supporting it to test? You might do a *228 option 2 just to be sure you have a good PRL.

Yes, I am in the Phoenix Metro area, strong rev-a base here. For some reason it just showed up this morning... anyway thanks for the advice guys!
